David’s background is in investment banking, private equity and funds management. He started in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley in Sydney and then moved to Investec Bank’s private equity finance team. After that he worked for 5 years at a listed funds manager in Brisbane focused on residential development projects and management rights portfolios. David then spent two years at Discovery Finance arranging funding for commercial property transactions and residential development projects, before co-founding Red & Co.

Keiran’s background has primarily been in construction and development working for large investment companies such as Robina Land Corporation and FKP. His previous role was leading the Real Estate Division of an ASX listed funds management business located in Brisbane. He has extensive experience raising debt, equity and structured finance and outperforming return hurdles. His ability to deliver on large scale projects saw him build up a business that was delivering over 12 residential projects comprising more than 600 lots and an Accommodation business that managed over 2000 rooms across Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Kathy Laverty has been in Property Management for 30 years. She has a full Real Estate Licence and is also an approved NRAS Letting Agent. Her education credentials include a BA, GDRT and Dip Secondary Teaching. Kathy is also a Justice of the Peace. Kathy’s extensive experience in property, and managing tenants over the years has made her the ultimate property manager, and allows her to bring a unique perspective when dealing with difficult tenants and more challenging rental listings - and this experience is ingrained across the entire property management team.

Max has over 13 years’ experience in various Accounting and Finance roles. Having started his career in Assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Max also has significant transaction experience having been involved in the IPO project team responsible for the listing of QR National (now Aurizon). Prior to joining Red & Co, Max was Financial Controller at Australian Childcare Projects, a national childcare operator. Max is a Chartered Accountant (ICAA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Shoheel's background is in Financial Planning and Accounting. Having studied and started his career in Financial Planning, he built a solid foundation in taking time upfront to fully understand his clients' needs and requirements before jumping straight to providing solutions. This approach has helped him serve hundreds of customers and better provide residential home loan and investment solutions.

Conor is Red & Co's newest finance specialist. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Business, majoring in Finance, at Queensland University of Technology. In exercising his interest in property and finance, Conor is helping clients more efficiently access the best finance deals available.
Greg’s background is in construction and finance, having recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting at the University of Queensland. He has previously worked as a construction estimator both as a consultant and with Sarcon, one of Queensland’s largest commercial painting and rendering contractors. Greg brings to the Red & Co team extensive design, construction and finance experience having previously been involved in the execution of large scale projects ranging from student accommodation, aged care and mixed use development.
Darielle joined Red & Co in 2016, backed by 15 years of experience in accounts and bookkeeping. For the last 8 years, she has been working in the Management Rights and Property Management field within the property industry. Her most recent roles involved assisting with the operations of 12 management rights properties located throughout Queensland and completing the head office accounts for this organisation. Darielle also has experience in trust accounting and property marketing.
Ed started his property management career in 2001. Since then, he has worked at the highly successful Patrick Dixon Real Estate, managed social and community housing for the New South Wales government and has managed a portfolio of international student accommodation properties in Brisbane.
In managing a diverse portfolio of properties across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Ed has consistently demonstrated his commitment to maximizing rental returns, identifying and securing quality tenants, and ensuring the care and sustainability of residential assets. Ed also specialises in helping developers achieve high rental yields upon completion of their developments.
Alongside his property management experience, he has spent over 5 years in social work giving him detailed experience in managing people, conflict resolution and problem solving.

Charles’s background is in Business and Property - comprising both a degree in International Business/Advertising at the Queensland University of Technology, and a Masters in Property Studies (Hons) from the University of Queensland. Charles offers a comprehensive understanding of the development process and property market, responsible for ministering the process of development management to ensure our projects are delivered to the best ability and highest quality.
Nina Foster has over 10 years of experience working in the property industry. She started her career as a town planner before moving into development management with involvement in all aspects of project delivery, including design, construction and sales and marketing. Nina has now focused her career on interior design and is passionate about delivering projects that reflect timeless architectural outcomes while responding to design trends and client vision.
